提出了一种以数字图像作为水印信息的算法，该算法将水印信息的分块DCT系数随机嵌入载体图像频域的中频段，提高了嵌入水印的安全性和顽健性。

Abstract:

A new algorithm using digital image as watermark is presented. The block-based DCT coefficient of watermark is embedded in image intermediate frequency randomly. It enhances the security and robustness of embedded watermark greatly.
