软X射线能谱测试Ross滤片对设计

摘要:

为获得“阳”加速器上Z箍缩等离子体软X射线辐射谱，设计了一套6通道的软X射线能谱仪，谱仪范围0．1keV-1．5keV，采用Ross滤片差分法。文中介绍了测量箍缩软x射线能谱的Ross滤片对的设计。并从理论上计算了对应“阳”加速器上等离子温度为20eV的黑体辐射谱时，PIN探头的输出电流，从计算结果来看，很好地满足了设计要求。
