摘要:

在一些特殊的应用领域，一些场景图像需要通过网络或其他开放的通信手段发送到指定的工作点，供监控人员使用。由于其中可能存在着敏感信息和保密信息，需要对它们进行保护，防止泄漏。通过采用矩阵变换方法和局部数值调整方法，结合DSP技术实现局部图像加密系统，既保护传送图像信息的安全，又不影响合法用户对图像的使用，可有效地提高我国的远程监测监视能力。
