分析了Adaptive Multi Rate(简称AMR)编码方案与G．729编码方案的异同，在此基础上介绍了一种从AMR编码到G．729编码的参数层直接转换方案。与传统的编码转换方案相比，在语音质量的损失可以接受的前提下，算法复杂度有较大的降低。
