根据科技信息港西文数据库统一检索的要求，首先利用现有数据库的检索平台，将所有数据检索出来，并以文本文件的形式存在；然后建立一个全新的数据库，将数据从文本文件中提取出来输入新的数据库；最后使用动态服务器网页(ASP)技术访问新的数据库，以浏览器／服务器(B/S)方式实现数据库统一界面检索。
