    摘要:

    介绍了基于高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812的汽轮机保护系统监控仪的实现。传感器检测的汽轮机信号送至DSP芯片进行高效的数字处理及逻辑判决,并将处理结果送到PC机、执行机构或其他仪表,实现对汽轮机的监控。由该仪器组建的保护系统,具有数据处理速度快、精密度高、体积小等优点;特别地,当采集点或控制点过多以致一片DSP任务繁忙时,可通过增强型控制局域网(eCAN)总线对多个仪器组网,进行任务的分担,以实现分布式实时监控。

    Abstract:

    This study introduced the realization of a new monitor-controlling instrument of turbine protection system based on high performance DSP TMS320F2812. The signal of turbine measured by sensor was processed effectively by DSP or judged logically, then the result was outputted to PC, executive body or other instruments, in order to monitor and control the turbine. The protection system with this instrument is provided with many advantages, such as small volume, quick processing and high accuracy. Particularly, a few instruments can be collected by enhanced Control Area Network(eCAN) bus for realization of distributed real-time control.
