    摘要:

    超声波电机的装配调试是超声波电机研制的重要环节,主要难点是压电振子粘接、预紧力调试及机电匹配调试。本文自主摸索出一套适合超声波电机快速小批量生产的装配和调试技术。采用摩擦材料、定子弹性体、压电陶瓷、柔性印制电路板的一体化粘接,解决压电振子的粘接难题;采用粗调和微调相结合的方法,快速完成机电匹配调试,缩短生产周期。形成一套规范化的装配调试方法及流程,并应用于超声波电机的小批量生产和研制,研制出的超声波电机微型扁平,体积为14 mm×14 mm×4 mm,输出力矩达到2 mN?m,通过功率谱密度(PSD)为0.2 g2/Hz的随机振动和–40℃~60℃的高低温试验,并集成应用到系统中实现步进驱动功能。

    Abstract:

    Assembly and debugging of ultrasonic motor are the important links of ultrasonic motor development. The bonding of piezo-electric vibrator and the match adjusting of drive-control circuit are the main difficulties. A set of bonding,assembly and adjusting methods for small batch production was explored. Integration bonding of friction material,piezoelectric ceramic,flexible Printed Circuit Board (PCB) achieves high adhesion and precise positioning. Combination of coarse and fine adjusting achieves the fast mechanical and electrical matching setting to shorten the cycle of product. This set of assembly and setting methods was successfully applied in batch product. A batch of ultrasonic motors was developed with the volume of 14 mm×14 mm×4 mm,output torque 2 mN?m,and passed the 0.2 g2/Hz PSD(Power Spectral Density) random vibration and temperature test from –40℃ to 60℃. The developed ultrasonic motors were integrated applied in system to realize step driving.
