    摘要:

    太赫兹时域光谱分析技术通过测量太赫兹脉冲波形获得宽频带的光谱信息,根据光谱表现的丰富特征可以对危险性或有害性物质进行探测鉴别,在安全检查和质量控制领域有广阔的应用前景。为了将这项技术应用于实际检测中,设计研制了便携式的太赫兹时域光谱仪样机。通过优化光路和机械结构,系统具备良好的便携性;通过连续扫描光学延迟线实现了对太赫兹光谱的快速测量。经测试,光谱带宽达到0.1 THz~2.8 THz,光谱分辨率好于50 GHz,动态范围达到46 dB,测量时间为10 s。与传统的太赫兹时域光谱仪相比,所研制的样机具有结构紧凑和测量速度快的优点,满足实用化需求。

    Abstract:

    Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy can offer broadband spectroscopic information by measuring the temporal waveform of the terahertz pulse. Based on the rich signatures exhibited on the spectra,the hazardous and harmful substances could be detected and identified,demonstrating that this technique has promising applications in the fields of security inspection and quality control. In order to apply this technique in practice,a prototype of portable terahertz time-domain spectrometer is designed and developed. By optimizing the optical path and the mechanical structure,the system has a good portability. Fast measurement of the terahertz spectrum is achieved by continuously scanning the optical delay line. The spectrometer has a bandwidth of 0.1 THz-2.8 THz,a spectral resolution better than 50 GHz, a dynamic range up to 46 dB and a measurement time of 10 s. Compared to the conventional terahertz time-domain spectrometers, the proposed spectrometer has the advantages of compact size and fast measurement,and meets the requirements of practical applications.
