Ceramics of MgTiO3-CaTiO3 are prepared via solid-state reaction route. Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy is adopted to obtain permittivity and absorption coefficient of the samples. It is found that the best properties for the ceramics sintered at 1 260 ℃ for 3 h are displayed with permittivity of 18.68 and absorption coefficient of 8.52 cm-1 at 1 THz. This kind of ceramics may be suitable for application of Terahertz devices.
